Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.
However, in rare situations where we are unable to deliver your order due to logistical issues, a full refund will be initiated. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 4–7 business days.
